Hi. Our tulips finally bloomed May 19th, 8 days after our original estimate. They look vary pretty. I planted several bulbs at home right after I planted the bulbs at the library. The blubs at home have yet to bloom. One patch was chewed by my puppy as they emerged. They lived and buds are now visible. Another patch is on the northwest corner of my front staircase. The ground is damp and doesn't get much sunlight. And we have not hit 70 degrees yet. They'll probably bloom in August! No, really, I think they'll bloom in a couple of weeks. I may move them to a sunnier part of the yard in the fall. Thanks. It's been fun reading everything.
