Tuesday, October 7th was a busy day for sightings. We are happy to still be seeing the Monarchs with fall fast approaching! We feel lucky to still have some with us! 8th graders Dayton Howard, Tolby Lowe, Casey Simpson, LeAnn Townsend, Mike Dunn, David Park, Amanda Gentry, Bobby Furches, Adam Lunceford, Mindy McCoy, Josh Price, Jason Hutchinson, Mindy Motsinger, Matt Richardson, Katrina Heath, Lisa Shaw reported seeing Monarchs on the football field, in yards, flying across the streets, and in flower beds. Mindy saw two together. Lisa saw five on the Neva school playground. 7th grade sighters included: Adam Johnson, Daniel Dugger, Avery Long, Jamie Wright, Zach Bass, and Harrison Hutchinson. Altogether 27 were sighted 10-07! Our symbolic butterflies were completed today. Coach Arnold's 7th grade class have also made symbolic butterflies to mail to Mexico.
