Monarchs are still being seen in N.East TN.. I am guess the butterflies do not want to leave these mountains. 10-08 monarchs were sighted on the football field,in yds,flower beds,flying over streets, and even in Susan Woodring's colt's stable! Adrienne Lipford saw a monarch at her home in Trade...the oldest community in TN.Tolby Lowe had one fly "right into his face" while practicing football. Lucas Moreno,Adam Lunceford,Matt Bunting, Mindy Motsinger,Stef Arnold,Adam Johnson,Daniel Dugger,Harrison Hutchinson,Crystal Hornsby,Mindy McCoy,Ashley Shelton all reported sightings.On 10-09Dustin Osborne,Meghan Burgess,Mindy Worley,Devin Lowe,Josh Pace,Jesse Greer,LeAnn Townsend,Jason Hicks,Jason Hutchinson,Kerri Cornett,Sara Wilson,&Tasha Lunceford saw monarchs..single episodes...Katrina Heath's mom and Dayton Howard's mom spotted one each for us.
