At 10:30 AM, 46 second graders planted tulips as per instructions. We made 4" papers to help place our tulips the right distance apart in the 7" deep trenches Mr. Hawes dug for us. We are now trying to make predictions about when the tulips might come up. We will have to put netting over them in the early spring because we have lots of deer around and they love tulips.
