We are Mrs. Kennedy's First Grade Class. We planted 25 Red Emperor tulips in a flower bed near our classroom. It was a cold fall day. We got them planted just in time. The next day it rained and rained. Some areas in our city even flooded. Our tulip bed is fine though.
