As of October 31st, Monarchs are still flying through Monterrey but they are smaller groups of smaller Monarchs also. The ones seen on Oct. 26 were about 2 inches per wing and the today's Monarchs are only 1 1/2 inches aproximately. Groups are smaller also, about 100 per ten minutes and they fly slower also.
I hope this report can be included in the Nov. 4th. update
