William Paca Elementary School planted their red emperor tulip bulbs on October 31, 1997 in Landover, Maryland. We prepared the soil by adding peat moss and humus. Then we planted 150 tulip bulbs. We're ready for our adventure to begin. Thanks for this wonderful opportunity.
