Tuesday, November 4, 1997 - Parent's Day at Buckley Country Day School The Second Graders at BCDS, along with their parents, planted their tulip garden today. It was a beautiful fall day on the North Shore of Long Island and a perfect day for planting. Weekend rains moistened the soil and made way for easy digging. The children made estimations as to when the tulips will begin to sprout and bloom. We look forward to observing Spring's Journey North!
