The first graders at Copper Hill School planted 100 red and white striped emperor tulip bulbs on 11/11/97. We did plant them in a courtyard, so we realize that they may bloom sooner than those planted outside the school walls. We had a great time, and we're anxious for spring to arrive. We're so anxious to see the flowers that we are going to try forcing some inside.
