Tulips EMERGED

Date: 01/22/1998

Number: 1

Today to our surprise, we removed the hay and mulch from our tulip garden, to find five sprouting tulips! This is odd because it is much too early for tulips to be sprouting here in New Jersey. They usually appear in late March or early April. We can only conclude that El Nino has effected our tulip garden.
