When I left school yesterday, Monday, February 2, there was a flock of
about 500 robins feeding in the front school yard. This is about a 2 acre
spread of grass which is very green for this time of year. We are having
a very mild winter with many days temperatures reaching the high forties
and low fifties. Jenkintown, PA is a northeatern suburb of Philadelphia
in Montgomery County. We are less than half a mile from the nearest city
line.
