We planted our tulips the week of Thanksgiving vacation.
On Jan. 28th,1998 we noticed that we had about 10 tulips emerging
out of about 48. Now we have 15 that have emerged and the tallest one is 6 cm. tall.
The 538 tulips we planted last year in 1997 started emerging in early January around the 8th. Now we have over 120 that have emerged. Our winter has been very wet and mild.
