What a surprise to see our tulips peeking out at us in between rain storms on Friday. Today when we checked them they had already grown an inch inspite of storms on Saturday and Sunday. We are glad that we made beds in our garden this year, instead of "waffles" which will hold the normally sparse rainfall each year.
