Robin (First SEEN)

Date: 02/11/1998

Number: 1

Today, an American Robin was observed at Presqu'ile Provincial Park by Don Shanahan of Brighton, Ontario. This particular robin may have also been seen on Feb. 1st, and is managing to survive the Ontario winter. Robins are particularly scarce this winter. Last winter, on the Annual Presqu'ile Christmas Bird Count, about 500 American robins were counted!
