Our tulips emerged on Feb. 18 - very early for our part of the US.There are still a few patches of snow but we had warm weather lately - in the high 30's, 40's and low 50's. Wanda the Groundhog predicted a late spring on Groundhog's day but our tulips came up early! We still might get more snow and cold weather before they bloom. Tim said the tulips "look like tiny pieces of candy corn".
