Contacted the DuPont plant 10 miles south of Victoria, TX this morning. I asked Mr. Farnsworth about the Bald Eagles that winter there. The eagles arrive in late October to November. They nest from December thru February, raise their young thru March, and then go north in April and May. The plant built a tall viewing tower and they plan to make a wildlife santuary and visiting site in the area. They had no numbers of eagles available or whether they are counted and tagged. Harlen
