The rabbits at the lower elevations are now starting to show some brown.
The snow is disappearing. It seems like the days are noticeably longer now;
we are seeing the sunrise at 0814, sunset at 1830. Kodiak's weather is very
unpredictable. We are still anticipating spring, taking the rain and snow
storms as they come.
