We are 5th graders reporting that our tulips have emerged and are about 3 inches in height. The weather here in St. Charles has been unseasonably warm the last two weeks in February. However today 3/4/98 it snow beautiful big (quarter size) flakes of snow and the temperature was cold 35-40 all week. We are concerned about our tulips but we will let nature take her course.
