We first checked out tulips on Monday, March 9, 1998. They were beginning to emerge. Today, March 16, 1998 one tulip meastures 2 inches or 5 centimeters. We predict that the tulip will bloom. We think this because we observed that the leaves didn't appear to have been frostbitten. We predict that next week my tulip will be 3 inches or 7.5 centimeters. Ryan and KEvin's tulip was the tallest: 3 1/2 inches. JD, Kevin, Erica and Kristen had the shortest tulip at 3 inches or 7.5 cm.
