The weather has certainly had an
effect on our garden. The rain and cold temperatures have "water-logged"
and frozen most of our buds. Finally, we have had one tulip bloom, the
date was Tuesday, March 24. The tips are brown and it does not look
healthy. We are anxious to see if any more will bloom and their
condition. This has been a very unusual year for our garden.
