What a surprise this morning!! Our Red Emperor Tulips are YELLOW! A few bloomed just overnight. We bought them from the recommended JNorth supplier; they were marked Red Emperor tulips! There are tulip beds right beside the ones we planted that are from last year's JNorth Tulip planting and they bloomed 8 days ago. We have questions about that also, since all variables were the same. We wondered if other schools also: 1) Have yellow tulips & 2) Have earlier JNorth gardens bloom earlier than this year's garden???
