Saw my first Monarch's here in Central Texas on Friday last - a "fresh"
female. They may have been there earlier in the week but working from dawn
to dusk in town means not being able to catch daily events. Caught an old,
very beat up female on Saturday. Saw at least 2 or 3 every day, Friday
through Sunday...have not found any milkweed on the property yet this
season (there are two species on the flora) but I'm looking!
