April 7, Mrs. L Swentzel's class had our first tulip in bloom in bloom today, even though the tulips have gone through a very difficult spring. It has been difficult not only because of the extreme temperature swings, but also because of the deer. We had six of our tulips nipped off. When we observed them today, it still looks like they may be able to have part of a flower.
