Strong, warm winds last week peeled back the layers of
snow piled along our front walk, exposing our tulip
garden. Warm, even sunny conditions on the weekend popped the first purple tips of tulip leaves out of the ground. Several
tulips right along the foundation of the school are
already green and have grown to two or three inches in height.
