Even though it is an overcast day, we have lots of blooms! It was 14 degrees Celcius at 9 a.m. The tulips that are blooming are located in the front section of the bed where they get lots of sun and rain, but not all are in bloom today. There are 31 blossoms today. Why is it that all the tulips don't blooming at the same time? It seems that some tulips have more than one bloom. Has anyone else seen this happen?
