The tulips outside our school finally bloomed, but to our amazement the promised RedEmperor tulips from the Holland Bulb Company, suggested this fall as a good source for tulips, were not red at all, but yellow. The students would like to have the address for the company so they can write a letter of complaint, hoping for a credit so new tulips can be planted next fall. They would also like to know if this happened to other groups, or if they were the only unfortunate ones. It has turned into a lesson in consumer affairs as well as spring.
