Tulips BLOOMED

Date: 04/26/1998

Number: 1

The tulips are beautiful orange red. Some flowers are kind-of hollow. You can just look at the inside on others, but some you have to peek over. They are short. They are colorful.Leaves are huge and swirly and the stems are small. The pollen on the stamens are brown and the pistil is yellowish orange. Below the pistil and stamens the petals are yellow and black in a ring around the middle. The stem has furry stuff on it. We love the beautiful tulips on our campus...it makes us look good. We like caring for the environment.
