Interesting Note; Our tulip garden from last year ('97) bloomed almost three weeks before this years plants. Our hypothesis: Last years plants are in a courtyard where they are protected so the ground warmed up faster than this years plants that are out in the open with no wind break around them. It will be fun to watch these two groups of plants next year to see if they bloom this far apart again.
