We spotted the first monarch butterfly today. Its wings
were in excellent condition. The daytime weather has been
in the 80's with no wind and rain last night. The nighttime weather has been in the
60's. The temperature has been above normal.
We had been seeing yellow swallowtail butterflies since last Thursday,
May 13, 1998. Do swallowtail butterflies migrate, too?
