On Saturday May 16, I was working in a neighbor's yard. It was sunny, no wind, and 85 degrees. I saw 5 monarchs. 1 was laying eggs, and the others were resting on an unidentified tall green plant. All of their wings were faded and tattered. The flowers that are in bloom are: lilacs, apples, tulips, daffodils.
