We are just now beginning to see Monarchs. In the past three weeks, I have seen less than a dozen. Lots of milkweed in meadows and along the roadsides. I expect there will be more frequent sightings in the next weeks. Kids usually bring many, many chrysallises into school as soon as school starts in September.
