All day long, saw occasional monarchs filing southward. In a 1 hour period, counted 14 per hour, from 3:20-4:20 pm. Winds from the east ~10 mph, sunny skies, 80's, thermals evidently good.
While watching, saw an equal number of Broad-winged hawks speeding southward. Without binoculars they were easy to overlook, they were up so high.
