We have seen a couple of monarchs, but we think they are summer residents. We have observers to cover about a 50 mile strip from the Red River north to the Arbuckle Mountains which is straight up I-35. So we will be watching. This seems to be the way they come. Surely they aren't following the highway? This is also the route pelicans, ducks and geese take.
