The students at Weber Elementary School have planted a prairie which is about 3 years old this season, and we have seen about 5-7 monarch butterflies around the prairie over the last three days. The weather has been partly cloudy and we had a lot of rain on Monday, September 14, 1998. the monarchs seem to fly over the blacktop parts of our playground during the afternoon.
