During a mid-morning soccer game I saw a Monarch flying across the field. The weather was sunny with temperatures in the
mid-70's. The wind was very calm. I have also noticed individual monarchs flying in Addison as well as West Chicago this past three weekends. I have never seen more than one at a time.
