While spending the day at Lime Rock Race Track with the Boy Scouts, I noticed a Monarch at 11:00 AM and 01:45 PM. Both were flying low, possibly looking for a nectar source. The temperature was in the upper 70s and it was bright and sunny. There was no wind at 11:00 AM and a slight breeze at 01:45 PM. At night, it went down into the low 50s. The prior day (Friday) had a few brief showers.
