Sightings in Oshkosh have been a bit scarce. My second graders at Franklin Elementary were successul in raising and releasing 21 monarchs. On 9/18/98 we released 7 males and 9 females. On 9/21/98 we were able to release 3 more females and 2 more males. We hope they will have a safe flight south.
