Spotted 6 Monarchs between 3:10 PM and 3:20 PM at Hammonasett State Park, along the Lond Island Sound. The Monarchs were in an underbrush area (bayberry, wild roses, etc) about 30 yards from the Lond Island Sound. Air temperature about 60 degrees. Wind about 10 - 15 MPH from the West. Monarchs were traveling West, parallel with the Sound. Sunny day. Overnight lows in the upper 40s.
