Signs of Fall

Date: 10/04/1998

Number: 1

Nice day, sunny and breezy, temps in the 60's. The woods were alive with Yellow-Rumped warblers. They were feasting on Poison Ivy berries. Also spotted the first Junco of the season and had a Yellow-bellied Sapsucker about. Small flock of Canada Geese flew by. Leaves are beginning to change, others are dropping off.
