Today we observed 17.95 Monarch butterflies. They were flying 50 feet high. It was very sunny with gusts of wind. They were not stopping to eat today. The class thinks that maybe they were thinking: "We're late; We're late for a very important date. Who knows maybe they were. Our prediction is that 16 students think that we will see less than ten Monarchs. 4 students think that we will see less than five Monarchs. We will be going on Fall Break on Wednesday. Our last report will be tomorrow. We will still report observations after we return.
