We have observed many Monarchs in our area lately. It started out we were seeing about 5 or so a day. The weather was still warm (90-95 degrees for the high). We were experiencing many Ozone Alert Days. Now that the weather has changed (70-85 degrees for the high) we are seeing about 15-20 butterflies a day. The ones we are seeing are in flight. We have seen a couple of Monarch caterpillars on some Milkweed.
