Our tulips are in the ground. We planted 24 Red Emporer tulips in a bed. We put them in the fresh dirt the custodians put in the hole Mrs. Kloewer fell in 2 weeks ago. This way, when they come up in the spring, she will be able to think good thoughts about that place on our school grounds instead of bad thoughts. We have the average weight and mass of each of our tulips in a notebook and we've marked them with little stakes so we can see if there is anything special about them. We think the biggest bulbs will come up first and will have the biggest blooms.
