We released 7 Monarch butterflieslast week outside our classroom.
They all flew away except for 2 who lingered on some plants overnight. The weather was sunny but cool. The temperatures were in the 50's and the 60's. We had 1 male and 6 females. Our school is located in a suburb of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We were very excited to watch our butterflies go to Mexico. :-)
