We planted our tulip bulbs on Wednesday, October 21. It was an unusually warm, clear day. Using the garden rubric, we selected our main site and planted 60 bulbs. An additional 40 bulbs will be planted in other sites around the school. If you would like to see what our building looks like please go to http://buckman.pps.k12.or.us
We are very close to being half way between the equator and the North Pole.
The kindergarteners were assisted by the 3rd and 4th graders,as well as teachers and parent volunteers. We took some digital photos to document the monentous occasion.
