Today the third grade class of Miss Beard at Cook Elementary planted their Red Emperor tulips in the front yard of Cook School. We dug up the grass and shook the dirt off the clumps of grass. Then we crumbled the dirt. Then we put in the tulip bulbs and covered them with dirt. Finally we put water on the tulip bed.
