We planted 14 tulips near our school sign. The reason we planted 14 was because we are working in partners. We made sure they were four inches apart and seven inches deep. It is getting cold in Michigan but the ground in not frozen yet. We covered the tulips with wood chips. We also mixed bone meal fertilizer in the whole so the tulips will grow beautifully. We also made sure the point was up. Now, we are anxiously awaiting SPRING and the arrival of our tulips.
