One of our associates observed an adult monarch on 11/24/98 in Sewaren, N.J. It was flying due south. I spotted one on a pine tree in Long Beach Island, N.J. on 11/27/98. The weather has been sunny and warm, temps in the mid 60's. This is about 20 degrees above norm for this time of the year. We are really enjoying it and hope it lasts the rest of the winter.
