Hi Elizabeth and Journey North! Great News!!! It's me, Eileen Conroy with a news scoop- David's mom and dad were in Florida last week on vacation, and while they were there, at the Cape Florida State Recreation Area on Biscayne Bay. David's mom saw a single monarch butterfly flying along the seawall to the west of the historic lighthouse site. Sandy (David's Mom) brought us back a pamphlet from the lighthouse with the location of the butterfly marked on it! We are really thrilled.
