We have been having large and conspicuous flocks of Robins in this area since about Christmas. This occurs from time to time - I wouldn't say there are record numbers here. But we do have loads of them - throughout the area known as South Venice, as well as Englewood. This is the southern part of Sarasota County, on the west central coast of Florida.
