The students of Irving Elementary School, Bozeman (MT) planted our Red Emperor tulips last October 12th, 1998 on the school grounds. This is a very late reporting of this event for the purpose of allowing us to report their blooming this spring. The patch is still covered with a glaze of ice and eight inches of snow.
